• After your order is placed, our team reviews your items, verifies your address, and confirms the most accurate shipping cost.

• Shipping defaults to $65 but may be adjusted lower, higher, or free based on your order size and packaging type.

• Will-Call Pickup orders always remain $0 for shipping.

• A confirmation email and secure Square payment link will be sent once review is complete. Most orders are processed within the hour Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm.

• Tax exemption is verified before invoicing.

• Orders are scheduled for delivery or pickup after payment is completed.
