SHIPPING POLICY

At Get Chicago Packaging, we offer fast, reliable delivery throughout the Chicagoland area, along with free Will-Call pickup from our Itasca, IL facility. All orders are reviewed by our team to ensure the most accurate and cost-effective shipping method.

Shipping Methods

Will-Call Pickup – Free (Itasca, IL)

Customers who prefer to pick up their order may select Will-Call Pickup at checkout.

  • Always free

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3pm

  • The exact warehouse pickup address is provided after your order is reviewed and payment is completed.

  • Orders are generally ready the same day or next business day.

Chicagoland Commercial Delivery

We provide local delivery to approved Chicagoland ZIP codes using our fleet of trucks and trusted delivery partners.

  • Standard delivery rate: $65 per delivery

  • Shipping may be adjusted lower, higher, or free depending on product quantities and pallet count

  • Free shipping for box-only orders of $950+

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm

  • Commercial locations must be accessible to vehicles ranging up to a 53' trailer

  • Additional fees may apply for redelivery if the receiving location is closed or unable to accept the shipment

If your address is not located within our Chicagoland service zone, checkout will notify you that delivery is not available. Pickup is still available for all customers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated after your order is submitted and reviewed by our team.

  • Local delivery defaults to $65, but may be lower, higher, or free depending on order size

  • Pallet count, product weight, and order volume determine the final delivery cost

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying box-only orders of $950 or more

  • Mixed orders (boxes + other items) do not qualify for the free-shipping threshold

Your final shipping cost will be confirmed via email before payment.

Order Processing & Delivery Timing

  • Orders paid before 12:00pm (CT) are typically eligible for next-business-day delivery

  • Processing times may vary based on stock levels, order size, and delivery route capacity

  • Delivery times for Chicagoland orders: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

  • Please notify us of any special receiving hours or procedures

Shipping Restrictions

Our primary delivery area includes Chicagoland commercial ZIP codes listed on our Delivery Zone page.
If your business is outside our service area, please contact us — we may be able to provide a custom freight quote depending on order size and location.

Order Review, Payment & Tracking

All orders go through a brief review process after checkout.

  • Final shipping cost is confirmed by our team

  • A secure payment link is emailed via Square

  • Once payment is received, your order is queued for delivery or pickup

  • For UPS-shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided

  • Our support team is available to provide delivery status updates for local deliveries

How We Determine the Best Shipping Option

Shipping is calculated individually for each order. We evaluate:

  • Number of pallets required

  • Total item weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier availability

  • Cost-saving carrier consolidation opportunities

This allows us to provide the most efficient and economical shipping method possible.
