At Get Chicago Packaging, besides utilizing our own trucks and vans, we partner with reputable third-party carriers and dedicated delivery services to ensure your packaging supplies reach your business efficiently and reliably.  Please note that while we entrust your shipments to these professional carriers, the specifics of the delivery service may vary depending on the size and nature of your order, as well as the delivery location within the Chicagoland area.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are designed to be transparent and are calculated based on the specifics of your order and delivery requirements. For all items excluding box orders, a base shipping fee of $65.00 per delivery will apply with cost variations based on the quantity of products and pallet quantity which may be higher or lower than the mentioned $65 charge.  However, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on box orders totaling $950.00 or more. It's important to note that this free shipping offer is exclusively for box orders that meet or exceed this threshold and does not include any other items purchased on our site. For a precise shipping quote on your entire order, including any non-box items, our team will carefully assess the volume and pallet requirements to provide you with the most cost-effective delivery solution.

Processing and Handling Times

We understand the importance of receiving your packaging supplies promptly. For orders that are completed and fully paid for before 12:00 PM (Central Time), we aim for next-day delivery to commercial locations equipped with loading docks capable of accommodating trailers as large as 53 feet. This expedited delivery timeframe is an estimate and applies to business addresses within our standard Chicagoland delivery zone. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or unusually high order volumes, may occasionally impact these timelines.

Estimated Delivery Times

Deliveries within our standard Chicagoland service area, originating from locations such as Itasca and Schaumburg, Illinois, are typically scheduled to occur Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly request that you inform us of any specific operating hours or receiving procedures your business may have. This will help our delivery partners coordinate effectively. In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the business being closed or unable to receive the shipment during the agreed-upon timeframe, a redelivery will be necessary and will incur an additional delivery charge.

The specific zip codes we regularly service are listed elsewhere on our website for your convenience. If your business is located outside of these listed areas, we encourage you to contact our team. We will gladly assess the feasibility of delivering to your location and provide you with a customized shipping quotation based on your specific needs and address.
